If you seek off-campus housing, the best way to begin your search is to visit our on-line housing database. The database provides listings of both Vacant and Shared off-campus housing options. New Office Location is in the Lobby of Sproul Hall. Our new mailing address is listed on the home page, and our telephone number remains the same. We offer information on search strategies and list a variety of living alternatives. Our friendly Housing Assistants can answer any questions you may have about off-campus housing.

UCLA STUDENTS need only bring their BruinCard (or letter of acceptance with photo I.D.). Please note that students must be registered in classes for the current or upcoming quarter to have access to services. Spring registration is honored throughout the summer. To access listings on-line you will need your student ID# and your URSA PIN number.
UCLA AFFILIATES (Extension Students, Current Members of the Alumni Association, Staff, Post-docs, Fellows, Medical Interns/Residents) may use the Community Housing Office services by establishing a $25 Annual Membership. To set up the membership, please print out the membership application and mail it to us along with proof of your CURRENT UCLA AFFILIATION and the $25 payment. You will receive confirmation by e-mail with your username and password. Your membership is good for one full year from the date of application.

of UCLA can still take advantage of many of the Community Housing Office
services. Our on-line database includes Roommate Needed, Roommate Available, and Vacant/Shared Sublet Listings that are available to the general public. Also, if you come during office hours, we have several helpful publications as well as Housing Assistants to answer any questions you might have about finding a place to live.
COMING FROM OUTSIDE THE LOS ANGELES AREA?
Our on-line housing database is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. When accessing the on-line database it is important that you keep in mind the following posting times: All new Vacant Listings received before 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday, are guaranteed to be posted that same day. All new Roommate Needed, Roommate Available, and Shared/Vacant Sublet Listings will be posted by 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday. The Community Housing Office does not inspect, endorse or guarantee the availability or tenability of any of our listings, and we recommend that you see the unit personally before agreeing to rent it. In addition to our housing database, you will find that our website provides a variety of useful information including neighborhood profiles, rental rates surveys and helpful search strategies.
